Kids Say the Darndest Things
I was on an airplane recently next to a very charming three year old named Maggie. Or Megan. Whatever.
She was looking at the little safety card with the little cartoon drawings of air disasters.
"Hey," she said, "how do we get those masks?"
Her mother explained that we probably wouldn't get them at all. Maggie was momentarily crestfallen until she looked back at the card: "Whoa...SLIDES!"
I think she was pretty disappointed by the uneventful flight. And I've never been convinced that those slide things would actaully work.

Count your blessings that she didn't ask mom how she could get to see Allah (and blessed by his name.)

Thanks to Fight Club, I just love those safety cards!
It can be so fun listening to conversations on planes and trains, can't it?
